We
are one of the leaders among manufacturers and suppliers of a comprehensive
range of superior quality automobile tyres and tubes in India and across the
world. The company was established in 1987, under the name of Betul Tyre and
Tube Industries, which is now owned by multinational company – Michigan
Rubber (India) Ltd. Our comprehensive offerings include truck and bus tyres,
LCV tyres, jeep tyres, car tyres, tractor tyres, ADV tyres, scooter and auto
tyres, motorcycle tyres and pre-cures tread rubber.
The company is driven by the principle of technology and the determination
to excel in its all activities. We are supported by our American promoters,
who have extensive industry knowledge and understand the various
requirements of global tyre and tube industry. The main promoter of the
company is M/s Electratek Corp., G.C. Over the years of our inception, we
have created a niche for ourselves in both the domestic as well as
international markets for our commitment and adherence to high quality

Infrastructure
Michigan Rubber (India) Ltd. is backed by
excellent infrastructural facilities and equipment to meet the various
requirements of tyre manufacturing in compliance with prescribed industry
standards. The company has its state-of-the-art production units in India
(Betul and Samba) and U.S.A. (Laporte and Michigan). The production unit is
equipped with all the latest machines and technology to produce high
performance, durable tyres that can withstand extreme usage conditions.
Our testing lab is equipped with all types of testing instruments including
tyre testing, tensile testing, money testing, abrasion testing machines and
more, that ensure delivery of only high quality products to our customers.
Our Plants:
- ERIN CRAFT INC., Laporte USA - Situated in heart of the city "Laporte",
the plant spreads across an area 30 acres with built-up area of
440000 sq. ft.
- ELECTRA TEK CORP., Michigan USA - Situated in Michigan City,
Indiana USA, the plant carries assembly of the operations of
products manufactured by the company.
- Michigan Tyre India Ltd., Betul (M.P.) INDIA - Situated in
Distt.-Betul (M.P.), the plant spreads across an area of 40 ½
acres and built-up area of 210000 Sq.ft. The plant is still under
additional expansion programme.
- Michigan Tyres, (Anil Samba) (J&K) INDIA - Situated in
Distt.-Samba (J&K), the plant spreads across an area of 7 ½
acres with built-up area of 86000 Sq. ft. The plant is still under
expansion plan.
- Michigan Tyres Limited, (J&K) INDIA - Situated in
Distt.-Samba (J&K), the plant is under expansion plan.

R & D
We are equipped with in-house research
and development facilities that enable us in anticipating future
requirements and consequently producing high performance innovative
products. Refining and revising of products and processes is a major
strength of our research department.
